The exciting class II & III rapids are perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced rafters. This family-friendly white water rafting adventure begins with a scenic drive through the Arenal valley to the put-in at the Balsa river where the action begins. You will meet your guide, review safety commands, and get geared up before heading downriver. Our whitewater adventure takes guests through 11 km of beautiful tropical scenery. Have fun navigating through rapids such as Magnetic Rock and Dredges with a rainforest backdrop. Keep an eye out for resident monkeys, toucans, and sloths as you paddle your way downstream. A delicious Costa Rican lunch awaits guests after we finish paddling.

Hot Springs – Swimsuit, Dry Clothes to change into for dinner, Credit Card or cash for the towel and locker deposit – Dinner Sitting is casual, but we do request guests to wear a top, dry clothes and shoes or sandal
